I am a big believer in shared understanding.

At the heart of my practice is the idea that legal knowledge should not be locked away. When people understand the fundamentals—what to expect, where the risks are, how decisions connect—the entire process works better.

I approach law from a systems perspective. I pay attention to how pieces fit together, where friction shows up, and how small clarifications can make a meaningful difference. I am less interested in mystery and more interested in momentum.
