Access to Justice Program

This initiative offers a limited number of individuals access to free legal services through a structured and confidential application process.

Applications are open for a two-week intake period in February. Interested applicants may initially reach out via Instagram; however, all formal applications will be collected, reviewed, and assessed off social media through a private intake process.

Each year, two to three matters will be selected. Files are chosen based on a careful assessment of need, urgency, potential impact, and alignment between the applicant’s circumstances and the available legal and professional resources. Selection involves analysis by Nawel Izard, Barrister & Solicitor, together with trusted colleagues in legal and allied professional fields, to ensure the greatest possible impact and responsible use of resources.

Selected applicants will be notified by mid-March.

All applications are treated as strictly confidential. Information submitted will not be shared publicly and will be used solely for the purpose of assessing eligibility and fit for the program.

This initiative is designed to provide meaningful access to justice while maintaining professional standards, discretion, and respect for the dignity of all applicants.
